In order to lodge a complaint, send a package which contains a complaint to the Paris Anna Budziejko Company’s headquarters – it should include the returned product, the proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt, VAT invoice) and a completed complaint form – available for download here (the customer is not required to use the form). Without inspecting the returned product, it will not be possible for the Seller (online store) to settle the complaint.

The right to withdraw from the contract You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquired the goods or from the day on which a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquired the goods. You can use the model return form, but it is not mandatory (available for download here). To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal from the contract If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest usual delivery method we offer) immediately and always not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment which were used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Further, without limiting the rights arising from law, having your convenience in mind and speeding up of the withdrawal from the contract process, we suggest sending a declaration of withdrawal from the contract for purchase of products in one parcel with the products returned due to the withdrawal. The option of exchanging goods in accordance with the contract and free from defects is not a right under the law and is independent of the right to withdraw from the contract described above. This is the maximum time after which the package will be handed over to the carrier and then delivered, usually the day after posting.
